Discount Mattress Barn is a family owned and operated business that started in 1989, right here in Central Florida. So, we went directly to the manufacturers, showed them our business plan and demanded a "highest volume, lowest price deal". They said "ok"!

Next, we had a meeting with the most talented artist we could find (and since she is the owner's wife, she agreed to work for FREE). Turns out that our 'artist' was right (she usually is). Then she said, "Now that we have a logo and a name, it's time to present it to the public."
