Very Pleased With The Courtesy And Assistance

We were very pleased with the courtesy and assistance provided by Mitchell in our selction of the mattress we purchased.  He was very knowledgable about the products sold at Mattress Barn.  The men who delivered our mattress were also very gracious in the removed of our old king size bed and in the intallation of a new queen size bed.  Overall we would give thedm a "thumbs up."

Now That Is Customer Service

Mitchell was my associate last night at Mattress Barn at Summerfield, Fl . I just moved to the Villages and needed a new bed frame. He hooked me up and asked me if I had someone to put it together and I said "no". He came over after a long day's work and had my bed frame together in 15 minutes. Now that is customer service. I will be back to get my temper pedic bed soon!
