l purchased a Sealy Mattress from the Clermont Store in Clermont, Florida.
The salesman Frank Castronovo was very understanding, patient and helpful. l gave him an excellent credit for his ability and his tenacity.
But there was one disappointment which l had with Mattress Barn and that is the idea the Mr. Castronovo wasn't credit for his good job. He did a wonderful job and ought to be recognized.

Jack was Very Helpful and We Left Pleased

We purchased a mattress from Jack at this location. He was very helpful and we left pleased with a delivery date. Our mattress arrived as promised, but we realized it was not the right one, way too soft. Trying to be sure we were not the ones making an error, my husband went back to the store to retest the mattress we ordered. Jack was pleasant, concerned, and immediately ordered a replacement. He followed up regarding the delivery date calling us to be sure. While we had to wait over a week (California King is a special order), again it arrived as promised. Another woman from the store called us the night before. The delivery guys waited while we tested the new mattress. The woman from the store (so sorry I do not remember her name) called afterward to be sure our delivery and replacement mattress were satisfactory.

Mistakes happen, but it makes all the difference how they are handled. Never once did they make us feel defensive or badly about reporting a problem. They were eager to make it right.

We would shop there again in a heartbeat. If the silly commercials bug you, know that they are very serious about making a customer happy.

We love our mattress and we felt like a valued customer throughout. Can't beat that.

Steve was an awesome person

Not only did we purchase a new king size mattress set but also a frame and head & foot board too! I Am So Glad I Ran Into The Store On Merritt Island

I am one of these guys that does not believe in purchasing a new bed when the one is only 12 years old!

Well, I was completely wrong and I am so glad I ran into the store on Merritt Island. I no longer have a bad back when I wake up, my knees don't hurt first thing i the morning. Absolutely the best purchase I have made on anything in a long time. The salespeoiple were great: very knowledgeable with no pressure.

I am writing to let you know about the great experience I had with Jason Russell of your Rockledge location.

I went in yesterday to begin my search for a new bed and was greeted by Jason who came right over to help. Not only did I find himextremely knowledgeable, but he also listened to what I felt was important in purchasing a new bed. Jason gave me a complete breakdown of the different styles and technologies and really helped me choose a model that best fit my needs.

Mitchell was my associate last night at Mattress Barn at Summerfield, Fl . I just moved to the Villages and needed a new bed frame. He hooked me up and asked me if I had someone to put it together and I said "no". He came over after a long day's work and had my bed frame together in 15 minutes. Now that is customer service. His Suggestions Were on the Money

Mr. Robert Marrero was my salesman at the Mattress Barn located in Winter Springs 32708. It started by driving by the guy with the sign on the corner of Fodd and Red Bug Lake Road. I did not get his name, but you guys should offer him a job. He was upbeat, kind and helped direct us to the store. We noticed him because he was talking to everyone he saw!

When we arrived at the store, we were met by Mr. Marrero who asked the right questions and guided us to the exact product we were looking for. We tried a few others for comparison, but found his suggestions on the money. I will make sure Mr. Marrero remains our mattress supplier as long as he chooses to provide comfort solutions to our area.  Nice job Mattress Barn hiring this guy!

It's So Nice To Support A Local Business

Just bought a new house. Yay! With three bedrooms to fill, we expected to get raked over the coals. We were looking for value. John Huggins explained all the options, from the store brand up to the top of the line with no pressure to purchase more than we needed. We chose an option that maximized value over price and walked away feeling that we got a great deal. It's so nice to support a local business.

Very Pleased With The Courtesy And Assistance

We were very pleased with the courtesy and assistance provided by Mitchell in our selction of the mattress we purchased.  He was very knowledgable about the products sold at Mattress Barn.  The men who delivered our mattress were also very gracious in the removed of our old king size bed and in the intallation of a new queen size bed.  Overall we would give thedm a "thumbs up."

Outstanding Shopping Experience

What more could a customer ask? From the moment I walked into your store and met your manager there, John Huggins, I suspected I was in for an outstanding shopping experience. From that first impression through the delivery of my mattress earlier today, I was never disappointed. John, through his patience, calm manner, excellent listening skills and outstanding product knowledge quickly understood all aspects of my needs. He directed me to a series of mattresses which he felt matched those needs. Never once did he try to push me to something I didn't need and wouldn't be able to afford. He explained the differences between possible choices and the pros and cons of each.

He offered me all the sales and discounts to which I was entitled and prepared a price comparison sheet for me so that I could go home and consider my options. He did all of this without assurance that his contact was going to end in a sale.  I called him a dew days later for some additional information which he quickly provided. His kindness, sense of humor and obvious desire to please were again apparent when I came to purchase the unit on which I had decided. He made it eminently clear how much he appreciated my business.

Earlier today, the bed was delivered by 2 gentleman who could not have been more pleasant, helpful and respectful of my property.  They even removed some pictures hanging on the walls of my stairway so as to avoid any chance of damaging them.  They allowed me time to vacuum after removing the old bed & even moved a heavy piece of furniture from the area at the head of the bed which I will need to have made shorter as I changed from a king to a queen.  You must really do something right when you select and train your employees.

And then, the icing on the cake!  John called a short time ago to see how the move had gone.  What more could a customer (or for that matter, just any ole person) ask?

I have already told several people about this experience and am sure I will be telling more.  Having done a stint in retail I have very strong feelings about appropriate customer service.  I will not list them here but let me be clear - my experience with Mattress Barn exceeded them all.

Scott was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and NEVER pushy

I want to thank Mattress Barn for having people like Scott Rhom. I had to retire as a firefighter due to a 4 story fall that ruined my spine, and was looking for a bed to help me with my chronic pain. Scott was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and NEVER pushy like other experiences I have had in other stores in Sanford, FL. My wife and I were very impressed with him as he explained to us all the details of the multiple mattresses we asked about.

We finally decided on a Tempur-Pedic and could not be happier. It has changed my life! I can finally get consecutive hours of sleep with nearly no pain. It's the best investment I have made since my injury. Thank you again Mattress Barn, for excellent managers like Scott and for carrying top-of-the-line mattresses!

Just wanted to say that we appreciated the outstanding service provided to us by John Huggins in the Gurnee store a couple months back. He was polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. We bought a new king bed and are very happy with it. The delivery people were also outstanding, polite and very efficient. We also love the free sheets. When I buy more I will look for the exact same ones. Only "complaint" if you could call it that is the decor at the Gurnee store -- could really use some color & personality! the two best nights sleep we can remember

My wife and l went to our local Mattress Barn store here, in Saint Cloud, Florida simply to look at what the store was selling. *We did look online at other stores as well and we were treaded with respect and not at all ever pressured to purchase anything! While looking we were able to speak with Mr. Jack Kaplan, the manager, who took his time expalining various beds and mattress and he came accross as so knowledgeable and also so kind to us. We did make a purchase, one which was much more than we ever had anticipated, but also one that, after having the bed a couple days, seems to have been the best bed purchase we've ever made! With the warrantys and coverage of our bed, coupled with Mr. Kapplan's knowlegee and assurances, we'e happy, and wanted to pass on our experience with Mr.Kaplan and Saint Cloud store. Two nights experience with the prodict and so far, it has been the two best nights sleep we can remember!

We bought a gel and foam Sealy posturepedic mattress from Mitchell at your Villages store and it was a very pleasant experience.
