I often wonder where great customer service has gone.  It seems more and more difficult to find someone who can relate, build a relationship, and offer great services all in one.  When I come across an organization or individual who does this, I always want them to be recognized. 

 

I am a Senior Director for Walgreens with 2,000 employees.  I lead and direct the customer service for our pharmacy call centers.   I reference this, only because I truly do know and understand great service.  For over a week, I could not find a good bed or great service.  Many of your competitors tried to earn my business and could not.  On, February 21, 2012 I called your Ocoee store and talked with Jennifer Boere.  Her voice inflection was warm, her listening skills were incredible, and her follow through was amazing.  I actually felt like an important customer and I had not even stepped in the store.  However, once I visited the store I was in shock.  Jennifer not only displayed the same traits from the phone but exceeded my expectations.  She greeted me when I came in, provided a warm smiled, and quickly asked how she could help me.  Her understanding of the beds was spot on and she took time to explain the subtle differences.  She was never pushy at all and really showed great character throughout. 

 

I ended up buying a bed for some house guests.  My purchase was not large but the long term impact was felt.  I will check and shop Mattress Barn first.  I will call Jennifer for any of my needs.  Not only was the product great but Jennifer made the difference.  My experience alone is an example of the integrity and dedication she has to your company.  She is a proven leader with an amazing character.  Her dedication and attention to detail was impressive.  Jennifer truly understands how to communicate with people and build confidence in those she speaks with.

His Suggestions Were on the Money

Mr. Robert Marrero was my salesman at the Mattress Barn located in Winter Springs 32708. It started by driving by the guy with the sign on the corner of Fodd and Red Bug Lake Road. I did not get his name, but you guys should offer him a job. He was upbeat, kind and helped direct us to the store. We noticed him because he was talking to everyone he saw!

When we arrived at the store, we were met by Mr. Marrero who asked the right questions and guided us to the exact product we were looking for. We tried a few others for comparison, but found his suggestions on the money. I will make sure Mr. Marrero remains our mattress supplier as long as he chooses to provide comfort solutions to our area.  Nice job Mattress Barn hiring this guy!
